Teaching Integrated Skills: Webquest Activity
Language skill is an
ability to use language. There are four language skills; listening, reading,
writing, and speaking. Language skills are divided into two types, receptive
and productive. Receptive skills are used in understanding, such as listening
and reading. Productive skills are involved in producing language, such as
writing and speaking. These four language skills are supported by four sub-skills;
grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and non-verbal skills. As mentioned before,
that Blog can use to teach language skills, which are reading and writing. And for
listening and speaking, we can use Skype as a medium of teaching.
